Why on earth am I featuring a BBQ in the dead of winter? Pfff, if you know me (of course I realize none of you don’t really know me but anyway…) I’m someone who WOULD feature precisely that: a BBQ during the dead of winter – because that is when it’s so great to have a BBQ!
