Lo and behold, all these years people were using sunscreen to protect them from the sun’s harmful rays but, in fact, many of these sunscreens cause cancer. Oh joy. How evil are the manufacturers? Extremely, that’s what. Anyway, there has been some studies to find out which ones are carcinogen free and will protect you from the sun. Here they are:

Thanks for this information. It’s important to have more information about the sunscreens you apply to your skin daily.
I see that this post was written on July 14, 2008. Consumers Union, editors of Consumer Reports, have done some recent studies that show that nanoparticles are being used in a number of sunscreens, but the information about the products containing nanoparticles wasn’t included on the labels.
